Kelsey Zahourek

Kelsey Zahourek is Executive Director of the Property Rights Alliance (PRA), a project of Americans for Tax Reform (ATR). PRA is dedicated to the protection of physical and intellectual property rights and annually publishes the International Property Rights Index. Additionally, she is a federal affairs manager at Americans for Tax Reform advocating for free trade. Her portfolio has also covered energy, environment, and transportation issues in the United States. Zahourek's writing and commentary have been published in the Washington Times, Politico, Roll Call, Washington Examiner and Congress Daily, as well as many state and international publications.
Previously, Zahourek spent two years as State Coalitions Manager at ATR. In this role, she worked on coalition building by fostering grassroots organizations throughout the United States, and fighting for tax and expenditure limitations and initiatives and referenda. Additionally, Zahourek has several years experience working on political campaigns in her native state of Iowa.
Kelsey Zahourek graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian and Political Science, as well as a Certificate in International Business.
